Skyclad Yoga

I recently had a discussion with a Yoga teacher regarding Skyclad Yoga - we currently host Hatha Yoga classes on Saturday mornings, and now we feel the time is right for us to introduce Skyclad (Naked) Yoga on Thursday evenings.

We have had a number of requests to introduce this, and thus, we want to have an introductory evening on Thursday 7th May.

Bringing the old Sacred Understanding of Tantra into your world! Hiding from our Sexuality or our secret needs! Tapping into you own Sexual”ness”! Taboos and Myths of Sex! Understanding the expression of Tantra and bringing in a Heightened Awareness of Tantra. The Male and Female Sex Bodies on a physical and energetic level!
Day 2 - Breathe Work in a new understanding for each individual. Being in control and the ability to surrender with out loosing control of life! Masturbation! Discovering and asking for what you want in bed. Exploration of the Male and Female Sex! Orgasm myths and experimental guide! Massage and how do I touch my partner?

Sacred Sexual Awakening - Couples Group Event

Greetings all followers of the Tantric path.

Recently I have had a number of requests to set up an evening session for couples - this will be a Couples Group Event. We will only cater for a small group of people, maybe 3 or 4 couples who wish to explore Sacred Sexuality and various Tantric practices such as raising sexual energy through breathwork, meditations and actual bodywork.

Please be aware that there might be nudity involved during the course of the evening.

This will be an evening in which boundaries will be stripped down, old conformist teachings thrown out, and together we will embrace a new found freedom in which we can explore our gifts of sexuality and sensuality with dignity and respect. To be in close harmony with others of similar mind, and to connect with the spiritual, physical and esoteric within the boundaries of a loving circle.

Be prepared to let go, to surrender into Bliss, and submerge yourselves into Ecstacy.

Allow your mind, body and spirit to fly, to encounter new dimensions and a new acceptance of your own latent sexually-infused spiritual being.

Program will include some of the following:
Breathwork & meditation, raising sexual energies, basic massage techniques, Lingam & Yoni meditation, dance meditation, sharing of light meal/snacks.

Tantra Evening

Tantra Evening Event: Thursday 16th April 7pm

This evening delves into the mystifying qualities of body, and the sexual energies that move through. The body is the vehicle in which you enter your living. Any blockage or false association that you have may prevent you from experiencing the juice of your life.

The evening opens with discussion, followed by gentle Tantra practice and closes in the Quantum Light breath - a very powerful meditation that helps to deepen the flow of the sexual energies.

You may come alone or bring a friend.

Please bring a cushion to sit on.
