Once again we welcome Lila from Cape Town to our venue. She will be doing healing once more as well as a workshop. we are blessed to have such a gifted teacher/healer grace us with her presence.

JHB Workshop – Saturday 23rd May and Sunday 24th May
In this workshop you will explore sensuality and the physical being, learn techniques to arouse and stimulate you and your partner. The following topics will be covered:
Day 1 - What is Tantra, and it’s misunderstanding in society? The Lack of Sexual / Sensual experience in Society and the misconception of Sexuality. Bringing the old Sacred Understanding of Tantra into your world! Hiding from our Sexuality or our secret needs! Tapping into you own Sexual”ness”! Taboos and Myths of Sex! Understanding the expression of Tantra and bringing in a Heightened Awareness of Tantra. The Male and Female Sex Bodies on a physical and energetic level!
Day 2 - Breathe Work in a new understanding for each individual. Being in control and the ability to surrender with out loosing control of life! Masturbation! Discovering and asking for what you want in bed. Exploration of the Male and Female Sex! Orgasm myths and experimental guide! Massage and how do I touch my partner?
