Teachings and Bodywork

I have been having discussions with another experienced teacher. What we hope to offer early in 2008 will be discussion groups focussing on Tantric teachings. We want to combine this with experiencing bodywork and learning the different physical aspects of Tantra and Tantric positions. There will also be teachings on Yoni and Lingam massage, as well as understanding and achieving Expanded (or full body) Orgasm.

These workshops will be aimed at those who wish to experience enhancing their sexuality and sensuality in a loving compassionate environment. Groups will be limited and there will be stricty control on the male to female ratio. We will also keep a tight control on respecting limits, should a woman say "NO" it will mean NO!!! Should this happen you will be free to sit in on the rest of the lesson and observe others. We have a large comfortable venue, soft lighting (candles), drapes and plenty of cushions and matresses.

Come explore, learn to surrender into the moment, feel the warmth of sensual embraces, let sensuality flow and feel the ecstacy and passion of these teachings and techniques.

Yoga through December

Dont forget the Yoga classes at Shaktigardens - these take place every Saturday morning from 08:30am to 09:00am. Good news is that these classes will continue through December.

Yoni Massage

From time to time I have been asked if I do Yoni massage - well, with sensual healing massage this is all part of the healing technique and process - and is done only with your permission! It is also taught in the Couples Massage Workshops. You will find that this is a very gentle and caring process, and often crystal grids are placed around the body during this healing to enhance harmony and balance. It is a form of honouring the essence of femininity, releasing of your sensuality and sexuality, and can almost be described as a form of Goddess worship.

It is time where you learn to surrender into the moment, allowing waves of bliss to engulf your body, mind and spirit as you feel the release of pent-up frustration leave your body to be replaced with a sensation of pure ecstatic joy. Yoni massage can be combined with the teachings of the Expanded or Full Body Orgasm. Here you will learn the joy of extending the orgasm, not just to "squeeze and pop", but to allow yourself to to be immersed in the waves of sensual bliss. This wonderful sensation can last 20 minutes or 2 hours, till eventually your entire body goes into orgasm. This is not the typical genital orgasm, but something that is energising, from your toes to your crown Chakra and back down, waves of energy will sweep through your body. It is something that has to be experienced!

Unfortunately at this stage I do not offer a Lingam massage for men. Hopefully soon I will have a female partner to assist me with this, until then, I can only offer this as part of the teaching in Couples Sensual Massage Workshops

SANFED discounts

To all genuine SANFED members, I will be offering discount on the various therapies offered at Shaktigardens. Should you wish to come on your own, with a partner or with some friends, you will be welcome to utilise the facilies as you would at any naturist resort, and at the same time, receive treatments and healing.

The studio looks on to a very private back garden and pool. Basic refreshments will be available and should you prefer, you can have your therapies done outside at the pool.
