Problems with cell phone!!!

I dont know if any of you are having the same problems that I have - many times people will call and cannot get through to my cell. They get a message stating that the number does not exist, yet I can receive SMS.

Please note that my number listed on the website is correct : 082-961-5454 - this is a new phone, I had similar problems with my old phone, something is wrong with the network.

If you cannot get through, please send me an SMS and I will get back to you ASAP!
