Taoist Massage

Yes, we will be introducing Taoist Massage soon at Shakti Gardens. This is a wonderful gentle healing modality, it involves raising certain energies, it also develops a new deeper awareness of your healing process and your awakening.

Traditionally Taoist Massage is done on the floor. A soft matress is used, then covered with sheets or a large duvet, some clients enjoy having lit candles around the workspace for clearing energies, others enjoy having a crystal grid around the perimeter of the workspace. Healing always begins by working on the front of the body, concentrating on raising energies, creating a calmness within the client and assisting them with breathwork. From there on, the client turns over and the rest of the body work continues, focussing on Meridians, Chakras, easing tension and so forth. Once the backwork is complete the client will then turn over again so the healing process and continue and be completed on the front of the body.

All parts of mind, body and spirit are intergrated, energies raised, and a new awreness of the deep inner Goddess realised and brought forth.

Taoist massage can be a very personal journey into the realm of sensual healing
