Skyclad Yoga

I have had some more requests for us to introduce Skyclad (nude) Yoga.

If someone can please introduce me to a yoga teacher who is comfortable teaching a Skyclad (naked) Yoga class, I will appreciate it very much. We do want to make as many alternative therapies, theories and workshops available to you out through our Tantra Lounge. Skyclad (nude) Yoga is a deeply healing process, it is also very liberating as you shed inhibitions and preconceived ideas about yourself and others. It is a wonderful freeing form of excercise, as it is done without any hindrance of clothing. In summer months it can be practiced outside in our private garden.

We are currently working on a series of Tantra Workshops - titled "Entering and Arousing the Sacred Body". One of the facilitators has been away, now that he has returned we can focus on this teaching and complete it. This will be hosted in three workshops and we will also invite guest speakers. We do need an equal ratio with regards to the numbers of male and female participants. A lot of this work will focus on balancing the male and female energies, as well as establishing harmony and balance through an awakening of the sensual energies.
