Skyclad yoga - yoga done the natural way

Greetings - just a short reminder that we are continuing our Skyclad Yoga workshops at Shakti Gardens during December on Monday evenings from 7:30pm.

For the novice who might begetting used to the idea of doing yoga in the nude, we do allow you time to become more comfortable with this and thus will allow you to wear minimal clothing (such as knickers or G-string)

These workshops are hosted in our "Tantra Lounge" at 17 Anreith Street in Franklin Roosevelt Park (see Google Map on our "Venue and Rates" page:
